I can’t tell you how much fun we had today at the Point Grey Fiesta (http://www.pointgreyfiesta.org/parade/saturday-parade/). It’s an annual festival that occurs in West Point Grey area in Vancouver. This is the third year that we attend the carnival portion. And it’s getting better and better – not just my girls are getting older and being able to take more advantage of it, but also the rides are improving and the variety increasing.
There are all kinds of rides and games for little kids and big kids – bouncy catles, bumper cars (my all-time favourite), kamikaze. They have a Ferris-wheel and those rides that turn you until you vomit.
Oh! Let’s not forget the mini roller coater.
They have tons of games, shows, and other stuff for the kids to enjoy. The down side was the price for about 8-12 rides costs $45. Simple games are about $5/round/person and you may not get any prize. But, tomorrow fathers ride free with a paying child.
If you decide to check it out, have lots of fun! 🙂 Good night!
